We are an independent, specialist firm advising on and partnering with our clients in the development, structuring and funding of energy and sustainability projects across a wide range of assets.

Founded in 2010 to advise a leading global investment bank on expanding their energy and power business in EMEA, we evolved from a pure advisory business to partnering with others in the development of projects. 

Since our foundation, we have worked with a number of specialist private equity investors, infrastructure funds, large family offices, multilateral investment agencies and international utility companies as investors. 

On the development side, we have served clients ranging from multinational utility companies to SMEs and have partnered as principals with individual developers. We have also worked with most of the largest technology providers in this field.
