We are an independent, specialist firm advising on and partnering with our clients in the development, structuring and funding of energy and sustainability projects across a wide range of assets.
Founded in 2010 to advise a leading global investment bank on expanding their energy and power business in EMEA, we evolved from a pure advisory business to partnering with others in the development of projects.
Since our foundation, we have worked with a number of specialist private equity investors, infrastructure funds, large family offices, multilateral investment agencies and international utility companies as investors.
On the development side, we have served clients ranging from multinational utility companies to SMEs and have partnered as principals with individual developers. We have also worked with most of the leading technology providers in their respective fields.
When engaged on projects applying new technologies, we arrange a Technology Performance Insurance (TPI) guaranteeing the investment case performance of the equipment and the project. We work with the largest insurance brokers and insurance and reinsurance companies on obtaining a TPI and/or other bespoke insurance solutions that can credit enhance the project and provide comfort to the investors and stakeholders.
Since 2017, EuCap has been focusing mainly on waste recycling projects and technologies, valorising waste and recovering valuable materials from waste such as Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), e-waste (WEEE), etc.
